For grease traps less than 20 cubic feet capacity; add 4-6 ounces daily
For grease traps larger than 20 cubic feet; add 18-20 ounces daily

After adding product, flush drain with a cupful of lukewarm water
Application should be done at night or when the traps are used the least.
