Grease, Baked on foods, difficult food soils
For Dishes and Glassware: Use 1 ounce in 5 gallons of hot water.
For Pots and Pans: Use 1⁄2 ounce in 1 gallon of hot water.
Add Lemon Pot & Pan Detergent to hot water and agitate to build up suds.
Allow kitchenware to soak 1 to 5 minutes. Let the detergent do the cleaning for you.
Rinse with hot water, air dry
