ProClean Liquid Flatware Presoak

Features & Benefits:

Reduces the need to rewash stainless steel flatware and silverware due to food soil or film.

The instantly soluble formula mixes rapidly with water to eliminate the possibility of chemical burns on silver and stainless steel utensils.

Directions for Use:

For Presoaking Stainless Steel Flatware and Other Tableware:

1. Add the recommended amount per gallon of warm (110°-140°F) water.
2. Remove as much gross soil as possible before submerging utensils in presoak solution. Let stand in solution until soil is softened – at least 5 minutes.
3. Remove from presoak solution, rinse and wash in regular manner before the surface dries.
4. Change the presoak solution when the water gets dirty.

Detarnishing Silver Flatware and Hollow ware:

1. Add 1 oz. of ProClean Liquid Flatware Presoak per gallon of warm (110°-140°F) water.
2. Submerge aluminum foil or grid in bottom of sink or pan.
3. Place silverware in contact with the aluminum in the solution.
4. Let soak for at least 5 minutes. Rinse, then immediately run through warewashing machine before the surface dries.
5. Replace foil when it turns black.

Additional Notes:

Do not presoak stainless steel in the presence of aluminum. This can cause corrosion.
